Thank you for your interest in this event. Registration is now closed.

The Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program is the largest federal program dedicated to improving health and healthcare quality at the local level for Medicare beneficiaries. The QIO Program has been making large strides in improving care for Medicare beneficiaries. In 2019, CMS intends to launch its next round of QIO Program work, known as the 12th Scope of Work (SoW), with new program goals to maximize program efficiency while continuing to improve the quality of care Medicare beneficiaries receive.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services is hosting a CMS Special Session to give all stakeholders, including the general public, the opportunity to provide feedback on the QIO Program 12th SoW. Your participation is key as we seek to refine high-priority areas for addressing emerging health and healthcare delivery issues within the 12th SoW. The Special Session will be held at CMS headquarters in Baltimore, MD and virtually. Directions for the in-person location are above.

To help you maximize your understanding of the content for this special session, please review the summary information about the 11th SOW in the link below. This information will help you to better understand the dialogue during the session and how your insight will be incorporated into the CMS process moving forward.
