Thank you for your interest in the Summit. Advance registration is now closed. Those interested in attending the event in Baltimore may register onsite at CMS the morning of and prior to the start of the Summit.

If you have registered to attend the Summit via the live stream broadcast, please refer to the links below to access the broadcast the day of the event. The afternoon breakout sessions will not be live streamed.

Lunch at the Summit (Baltimore Only)

In the event you are joining us in our Baltimore headquarters—and in order keep everything running as smoothly as possible—we recommend you make your lunch order in advance of the event.

We are anticipating a large number of individuals participating in the Summit and we want everyone to enjoy the program, connect with old friends, and possibly meet new ones, so please take this time to log into "Simply to Go" no later than Friday, October 14, 2016, and pre-order your lunch.

You will need to take a minute and create an account to complete your order. If you elect not to use this method, you will likely face long lines in the CMS cafeteria. Due to the anticipated number of Summit participants, the items "Sub Connections" portion of the site are not available for pre-order.

Special Accommodations

Special accommodations are available upon request. Requests for such accommodations can be provided to Darci L.
